| Our model SQE-RF 3G is an ac-flux modulated rf SQUID electronics with
a rf bias frequency of 3 GHz and a modulation frequency of 1 MHz (or any
frequency between 50 kHz and 5 MHz on request). The electronics features
a low-noise preamplifier with a noise temperature of about 70 K (for a
source impedance of 50 ohms). The rf bias current for the SQUID,
the rf bias amplitude, the modulation amplitude and the phase between modulation
and internal lock-in reference can be adjusted manually. Due to the
ac-flux modulation, drift is negligible. This electronics is made
specifically for rf SQUIDs which are integrated into a half-wavelength
microstrip resonator. |

| For rf SQUIDs coupled to a wire-wound tank circuit, we offer an ac-flux
modulated rf SQUID electronics with a rf bias frequency of 150 MHz (other
bias frequencies on request) and a modulation frequency of 250 kHz (or
any frequency between 50 kHz and 1 MHz). The electronics features
a low-noise preamplifier with a noise temperature of about 50 K (for a
source impedance of 50 ohms). The rf bias current for the SQUID,
the rf bias amplitude, the modulation amplitude and the phase between modulation
and internal lock-in reference can be adjusted manually. This makes
the electronics ideally suited for all kinds of rf SQUIDs. |
