The noise temperature of the amplifiers is typically a quarter of the bath
temperature, e.g., Tn = 1 K at T = 4.2 K.
Please note that the above listed gain and center frequency values will only be achieved if the impedance of the source connected to the amplifier is close to 50 ohms. Highly reactive sources, as well as sources having a very small or a very high impedance can cause the gain and the bandwidth to be only small. |
